Shipments

We ship our items worldwide.

- All items purchased from our shop will be shipped the next business day of a cleared payment has been received;

- We send everything CTT national or international registered mail.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need, for some reason, to return or exchange any item purchased in our store, follow the guides below, and we will do our best to make it happen in a simplified manner.

- All returns require an RA# (Return Authorization Number) provided by us, so you need to login to your personal information page and request an RA# to receive instructions on how to return it;
- RA# should be written in a readable manner on the outside of the package;
- All items must be returned unused, without markings, with all the protective plastics or papers, etc, only this way, we can accept the return and you will be able to get a refund.
