Warranty

Corkor products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the order date. We are inspired by nature’s perfection and ensure our products are free from defects. If you believe there's an issue with an item purchased at www.corkor.com, we will repair it at no cost to you.

If the item cannot be repaired and is eligible under our warranty policy, we will send a replacement. If no replacement is available, you will receive a Corkor gift card or a refund for the item's original price.

Please Note: Cork is a natural material, so slight variations in color and grain may occur. While cork is water-resistant and easy to maintain, regular cleaning with a damp, soft cloth is recommended.

Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., zipper issues, loose stitching, hardware malfunctions).

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, neglect, or accidents
  • Adhesive damage, pet damage, storage discoloration, or exposure to chemicals
  • Improper care, lost/stolen items, scratches, stains, or marks from regular use

Repair Process:

  • Eligible items will be repaired within one week after inspection.

Replacement Process:

  • After inspection, if a replacement is needed, it will be shipped promptly. If your item does not meet replacement criteria, we’ll contact you with next steps.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and will appear in your account within 3-5 business days. If the item does not qualify, we’ll contact you with further options.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning an item to our warehouse in Portugal. Returns must include a tracking number, as Corkor is not liable for packages lost without tracking.
