How long does it take to process a return?
Once the returned product with RMA number arrives in our warehouse, it may take 1-2 business days to process.
It normally does not take this long, however in some cases it may.
As per company policy, the customer is responsible for the Shipping back to our warehouse for their return/exchange.
Please note: All returned packages must be sent with a tracking number.
